The Magnificent 10 biking deals of the week
What are the best motorcycle and kit deals and discounts available right now?
Continuing our regular weekly guides to current biking offers and bargains, we’ve been scouring the marketplace – so you don’t have to!
Save £5450 on Kawasaki’s Z7 Hybrid
Kawasaki should be applauded in being the first of the Japanese ‘Big Four’ to dip a toe in any kind of electric/hybrid motorcycle future but there’s also no doubt that, despite launching its Ninja 7 sportster and Z7 roadster hybrids last year, they haven’t been a commercial success – which is why big discounts are being offered now. The roadster Z7 offers 68bhp and a semi-automatic transmission to go with its 451cc/electric powerplant, but its original 2024 £11,949 price has already been slashed by Kawasaki to just £7499 while some dealers, such as Daytona, here, have cut it even further to just £6499 – a saving of £5450 over the original price

Get £4800 off this Indian Roadmaster
Conventional motorcycles can also come with dealer discounts of up to £5000 if they’re big and expensive enough and if you know where to look as demonstrated here. Revived US brand Indian’s top-of-the-range full-dress tourer, the Harley Electra Glide-rivalling Roadmaster, is about as big, luxurious – and expensive – as American bikes get… except here. Dealers Moore Speed Racing is currently offering this brand new, unregistered example with a massive discount of £4800 which takes its asking price down from the previous £29,795 to now just £24,995 – that’s over £5000 less than the closest Harley equivalent, the £30,395 Ultra Limited.

Get £3059 off a Suzuki Hayabusa Anniversary
If big speed and big power is more to your fancy than a big full-dress tourer, there are still some brilliant dealer discounts to be had right now – as proven here. Suzuki’s latest superfast, super exciting Hayabusa is about as big as sports-tourers get and in 2024 was also offered in premium ‘Anniversary’ trim to mark its 25th birthday. On the downside, at £19,000, it was also pretty pricey – except here. Dealers Seymour Pope are currently offering this pre-registered (on a 74 plate) but otherwise brand new and 0-mile example with a whopping discount of £3059 so taking its asking price down now to just £15,940

Save £2100 on a Husqvarna Norden Expedition
While, finally for this week, if you want a big discount on a brand-new big bike, but not one that has the niche appeal and practicality of a full dresser or hyper tourer, they don’t come much more versatile than revived Husqvarna’s Norden 900 adventure bike (which is a more stylish, longer-legged version of KTM’s 890 Adventure), especially in touring equipped ‘Expedition’ spec. Best of all, dealers Midwest Moto are currently offering one, brand new, 0-mile, unregistered example with a full £2100 off, so taking its asking price down from the usual £14,595 to a now far more tempting £12,495 – that, for example, is £1000 cheaper than even the most basic Suzuki V-Strom 1050

Get this KTM 790 Adventure with £566 off
Proof that it’s not just new bikes that can be had at very tempting dealer discounted prices. The parallel twin 790 Adventure from Austrian off-road specialists KTM is renown as one of the best middleweight adventure bikes you can buy and lives on, following the launch of an 890 version, as its most affordable version – but it’s still nowhere near as affordable as this. Used bike specialists Superbike Factory has just cut the price of this ultra-low mileage (just 2781 miles logged) 70-plate example from the previous £6391 to now just £5825 – and they’re also backing that up with a free extended 12-month warranty

Save £550 on this BMW S 1000 R
How about this for another great used bike that’s currently being offered at a tempting discounted price? This time it’s BMW’s brilliant, S1000RR-derived, 160bhp super naked, the S1000R. Leading used bike specialists Superbike Factory has just cut the price of this accessory-loaded, 21,411-mile 2015 example (which comes with screen, Akrapovič and more) by a full £550 so taking its asking price down from the previous £5790 to now be yours for just £5240 A loaded, classy super naked for just over £5K? Surely, that’s some kind of steal?

Save £500 on this Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 Special
While, finally for this week, how about this for a brilliant, fully loaded, premium adventure bike for budget middleweight money? Harley-Davidson’s PanAm 1250 adventure may not have been the sales success expected of it but it’s an excellent performer with 150bhp, has a great brand, sweet handling and, in ‘Special’ trim, has all the goodies including semi-active suspension you could want. Best of all, used bike specialists Superbike Factory have just cut the price of this 22-plate, 6578-mile example by £500 so taking it down from £8390 to now just £7890 – that’s right, under £8K for a fully-loaded, low mileage, full-size adventure bike. Bargain.

Here are last week's offers, in case you missed them...
Save £8141 on this Zero DSR/X
It’s no secret that bigger, 35kw+ electric bikes are struggling to sell, which is why we often see big dealer discounts on the likes of Zeros – but we’ve rarely seen as big discounts as this, especially when it’s on one of the best Zero models of all. The DSR/X was introduced in 2023 as the Californian’s firm’s latest model and is an adventure style bike based on the decent SR platform. On the downside, with a retail price usually starting at over £24,000 it’s also among the priciest Zeros of all – except here. Peterborough dealers Wheels is currently offering one brand new, unused example with a whopping £8141 off, so taking its asking price down to just £16,499

Based on the three-cylinder F3 800 platform it blends mouth-watering ‘heritage’ style with a proven, sporting engine/chassis combination which usually adds up to a package priced at a daunting £24,000. Dorset dealers Destination Motorcycles, however, are currently offering one, brand new, zero-mile example with a full £4006 off, so taking its asking price down to just £16,995

Get £3700 off a KTM 1390 Super Duke R
How about this for another truly phenomenal European sporting machine that’s currently being offered with a big discount, but this time, rather than being an Italian sportster triple, is an Austrian V-twin super naked? Recently troubled KTM updated its 170bhp Super Duke R last year with more refined manners and improved styling but that hasn’t stopping it also being the subject of some hefty dealer discounts. This brand new, 0-mile example is currently being offered by Bristol dealers Fowlers with a full £3700 off so taking it down from the previous £19,599 to now be available for just £15,899

Although being updated this year into 1390 form, the 1290 is still an exciting and effective all-rounder and this example, at used bike specialists Superbike Factory, is not only on a 20-plate with 18,012 miles, it’s in excellent condition and has just been reduced by a substantial £1484 taking it down from £8684 to just £7200 – that’s less than half the price of the new one.
